PhD Scholarships (By Invitation Only)

To increase the research vibrancy of RMI and to train the next level of manpower for industry and academia, RMI provides funding for up to four years to award PhD Scholarship. With approval from Office of the Senior Deputy President and Provost, RMI awards one Research Scholarship to one incoming PhD student each academic year for a maximum of four years.

The awarded scholars are:

• AY 2019/2020: DIAO WENTIAN (Department of Economics, Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences)
• AY 2020/2021: WANG SHIDA (Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science)
• AY 2021/2022: LI DANHOU (Department of Economics, Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences)
• AY 2022/2023: ZHANG JINGGUO (Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science)
• AY 2023/2024: ZHANG HONGRUI (Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science)
